Maketi collects only the account and listing information needed to run the marketplace, including your name, email, phone number, profile picture URL, ad details, and image URLs.

We use this information to create your account, publish listings, help buyers contact sellers, protect the platform, and improve the service.

Profile pictures and ad pictures are stored as file URLs. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes and never as plain text.

Moderation and Safety Data

Maketi processes reports, block actions, listing review status, message text, and related account identifiers to detect objectionable content, protect users, notify the developer, and enforce the Terms and Conditions.

When a user reports content or blocks another user, Maketi stores the report details and may email the developer at info@maketi.wf so the report can be reviewed within 24 hours.
