By using Maketi, you agree to post accurate listings, respect other users, and follow all applicable laws in Wallis and Futuna and any other country where you use the service.

Users are responsible for the information, prices, photos, and contact details they publish. Maketi may hide or remove listings that are fraudulent, unsafe, duplicated, or against platform rules.

Maketi provides a classified ads platform. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking items, agreeing payment, and completing transactions safely.

Content Safety and User Conduct

Before registering or logging in, users must agree to these terms. Maketi has zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive users, harassment, threats, hate, scams, illegal goods, sexual content involving minors, or any content that puts users at risk.

Maketi filters listing and message text for objectionable content and all newly submitted listings are held for human review before publication.

Users can report objectionable listings and block abusive users from the app or website. Blocking immediately removes that user's listings and messages from the blocking user's feed and sends a report to Maketi.

Maketi reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, reject listings, suspend accounts, delete users, or eject abusive users who break these rules.
